A customer buys, gets a delivery or has their car serviced. Custilo sends them one short email at the right moment, in their language. They answer with one click, and you see what it means for your business.
1. The email
One click, straight from the inbox
The customer picks a score from 0 to 10 in the email itself. No login, no long survey. The email carries your name and colour, and is sent in Dutch, French or English, depending on the customer.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and nobody is asked twice within your cooldown (30 days by default).

2. The follow up
The score is saved, then they can tell you why
The click records the score at once. The page that opens thanks the customer and asks one open question, so you also learn what to keep doing and what to fix.

Add any detail to an event (location, salesperson, type of job) and filter or compare by it. Combine several filters on Business and Pro. Example data:
